CARE OF WOODENWARE

To preserve and protect your woodenware, simply wash with mild soap and water, avoiding soaking and above all - avoid dishwashers.

Rinse with clear water and dry with a soft towel. 

After every 2^nd or 3^rd washing, apply a teaspoon or so of edible walnut oil (available at health food stores) or olive oil, coating all surfaces especially edges and end grain. Wipe off excess oil and admire, knowing that your new bowl may well be serviceable a hundred years from now.
